Inside Track Regeneration (ITR) is an independent voluntary organisation that works across boundaries of culture, faith, gender, age and ethnicity to increase understanding between diverse communities and agencies that seek to support them. In our society, many people experience isolation and fear encountering ‘others’ who appear different. Our vision is a world where people can communicate the interests of their own community whilst listening to the voice of others. ITR aims to combat the ‘dislike of the unlike’ by promoting effective communication and developing innovative relationships and new partnerships that can deliver practical measures to tackle discrimination, cohesion and exclusion. |
