Products and Services 2010

In hard times we all need to get on the "Inside Track" together!

Inside Track helps you understand the questions and come up with the right solutions for your organisation. As an independent network working with experienced co-operators and entrepreneurs, we can help you find innovative and alternative ways to achieve your aims.

Are you a...

  • Voluntary organisation looking for sustainable funding
  • Public Sector manager, officer, politician or member of staff wondering what Social Enterprise, Co-operation and Mutuality can offer
  • an existing member of a Hospital Trust, Leisure Trust or Workers Co-operative wanting to work more effectively with existing members or to recruit new members
  • Community Activist with a business idea that would make money whilst benefiting the community
  • Member or membership organisation wanting to make the most of your expertise and share it with others
  • Training organisation, University, School or College seeking student placements, offer students more information and knowledge about co-operatives, social enterprises and mutuals

Inside Track provides an independent problem solving service for people and organisations needing to find out quickly what alternatives there are to what they are doing already.

In these times it is important to:

  • Value naivety or "cracking daft"
  • See the wood for the trees (Pathologies of Obviousness)
  • Reframe problems which don't go away
  • Distinguish "cant" from "don't want to"
  • Achieve transparency
  • Predict the unpredictable
  • Understand negativity as "the problem is."

Inside Track provides an independent problem solving service for people and organisations needing to find out quickly what alternatives there are to what they are doing already.
